She's Still Got It Interview: Elaina Bellis

Our "She's Still Got It" interview series is about sharing strength and courage on our motherhood journey.  We want to build a mama tribe that supports and learns from one another.
I am excited to share interview with supermama Elaina Bellis.                       She is mama to angel Lincoln and 7 month old twin girls Quincy and Rowe.
Tell us a little about yourself…

First and foremost,  I'm a mama of 3, to twin identical girls and my angel baby Lincoln. I'm a free spirit that loves adventure and being outdoors. I'm really just a lover of all things besides dill 😕

What does a typical day look like for you?                                                   We wake up and snuggle for a good hour as a family. That's my favorite part of the day! Then we all go for our morning family walk, have breakfast together, and then nap time. I  usually cook during their naps breakfast for me and then I also purée some veggies for their lunch! The girls wake up and we play, play, play! Have to wear them out for their second nap! After their second nap is usually when daddy is done working so we will do a family activity all together. Then home for dinner and bedtime. Once the girls are asleep, I cook dinner for James and I. I LOVE to cook. It's my meditation and way of feeling creative during this first year of motherhood. James and I watched some good juicy show and cuddle :)

I have been following your journey on Instagram for a while. You are such a beautiful example of strength, honesty and courage. Where do you pull strength from in hard times?
Well, thank you so much.
Through my mom and Lincoln I gain a lot of strength through them. Also, mediation, I don't know who I would be if I didn't practice meditation. It saves me.
What is your favorite part of being a mama?                                              The endless love. I've never felt this sort of love before. It's addicting.
What is something you do for yourself that makes you a better mama?
Get out solo! I have to have nights out with my girls or the spa.
Who inspires you?
My parents and my friends.
What is the greatest lesson you want to teach your little ones?
To love yourself for exactly who you are, no matter what.
